Creating a sustainable tomorrow
through a fresh perspective on Korean culture
Submission Categories
Create AI-generated video content based on the given theme.
· Category 1 : General Video Content (e.g., media art, short films),
within 5 minutes (minimum 2 minutes)
· Category 2 : K-POP Style Music Video,
Within 3 minutes (minimum 1 minute 30 seconds)
Contest Details
An entry that modernly reinterprets the core values of APEC in connection with Korea’s unique culture.
· Core Values of APEC: openness, innovation, prosper
· Examples of Korean Culture:
Traditional legends and historical narratives from the Silla Dynasty,
Cultural heritage sites of Gyeongju, Hangeul (Korean alphabet),
Traditional folk games and customs and etc.
Eligibility
· Open to all creators aged 18 or older (individually or in teams of up to 4 people)
· applications may be submitted individually or in teams of up to 4 members
· In the case of team submissions, all rights to the submitted work must be held
collectively by the team
Restrictions and Conditions
· Meaningful use of Al is mandatory, and relevant proof must be submitted
* e.g., use of Al in video, image, audio, script, or other content elements
· Entries that have won awards in other contests are not eligible for submission.
· Content that violates public decency or social norms may be excluded from evaluation.
· Each participant (individual or team) may submit only one work and may not apply for multiple categories
or as part of multiple teams.
· Participants are fully responsible for any copyright infringement issues.
In case of disputes, awards may be revoked retroactively.
· For overseas winners, any taxes or additional procedures related to receiving the prize must be handled
by the participant.

· Excellence Award (4 entries): President of Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) Award - 1 entry, President of National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) Award - 1 entry, KRW 5,000,000 each
· Merit Award (10 entries): Merit award - 5 entries, KRW 2,000,000 each

· Grand prize (2 entries): Ministry of Science and ICT Award - 1 entry, KRW 10,000,000
· Excellence Award (4 entries): President of Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA) Award - 1 entry, President of National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) Award - 1 entry, KRW 5,000,000 each
· Merit Award (10 entries): Merit award - 5 entries, KRW 2,000,000 each

⦁ Post-Submission Support & Award Benefits :
· License fee support (up to KRW 100,000) will be provided to the first 500 contest applicants who use Korean AI platforms (tools) during content creation
· Winning entries are planned to be showcased at the special APEC-themed exhibition at the K-Culture Museum and during the official awards ceremony.
