Last week, my friend and I decided to check out a nearby spot in Busan. We rented GCO e-bikes using an app and headed toward Igidae Park. The night air was cool, and the breeze from the sea felt refreshing as we rode along the coastal path. The view was stunning – the Gwangan Bridge was lit up with colorful lights, and the city skyline sparkled over the calm water.

As we walked around, the sound of the sea was soothing, with waves gently crashing against the rocks. We noticed several Korean couples taking photos by the water, capturing the glowing bridge and the peaceful night. Some people were fishing quietly by the rocks, their lines almost invisible in the dim light. We stopped to watch a man standing still, totally focused on his fishing line, the waves creating a calming rhythm.

On our way back, we met a Korean man walking his dog. We said hello, and he smiled back. The dog wagged its tail happily, and as a joke, we said, “Hey, go home!” The man laughed and said, “He won’t leave me!” It was a simple but funny moment that made the night even better.

We rode our e-bikes back home, the wind cool against our faces, the sound of the waves and distant city lights fading into the night. It was a calm and peaceful night – just two friends, the sea, and a city that never sleeps.
