On March 24th, I officially completed my 4th semester at Tongmyong University, marking the end of two incredible years of studying in South Korea. Time has flown by, and this semester was one of the most interesting, mixed, and memorable ones so far.
At the beginning of the semester, I enrolled in the Korean track course, which felt a bit challenging at first due to the language barrier. However, with time, things started falling into place. Luckily, I was able to switch and enroll in three non-major courses, which helped me balance my studies and made the semester more manageable and enjoyable.
One of the most exciting parts of this semester was joining the Korean language course again. It not only improved my language skills but also brought me closer to Korean culture and everyday communication. Another surprising yet amazing class was the volleyball course. It added a fun and energetic rhythm to my weekly routine, giving me a chance to stay active and meet new classmates.
There were also moments outside the classroom that I will never forget. One rainy day, as I was walking across campus without an umbrella, a kind Korean lady offered me her umbrella. That simple act of kindness really touched my heart and reminded me how warm and supportive people can be.
Aside from academics, I also made time for my favorite sport — football. I played matches with my Bangladeshi friends and even seniors from Kyungsang University. These games brought a taste of home, laughter, and bonding, making my university life feel even more vibrant.
This semester truly felt like a blend of study, sports, language, culture, and kindness. From returning from a joyful trip home to adapting back to student life, everything flowed smoothly. Now, all that's left is waiting for my final results, which I hope will reflect all the hard work and progress I've made over the past few months.
Looking back, this semester wasn't just about academic credits — it was about personal growth, friendship, culture, and memorable experiences that I’ll carry with me for a long time.
