Famigo Walk is a service created speicifally for foreign residents living in South Korea.
We are greatful for the growing interest in our platform, and we've welcomed many new users.
However, we've recently seen a significant rise in sign-ups from Korean nationals.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a lack of clear guidance regarding our policy.
To ensure alignment, we are restating the purpose and direction of our service through the following policies :
✅ Famigo Walk is a Service for Foreign Residents
Starting from July 16, only expats will be able to sign up as new users. Existing users can continue to use the service without interruption.
✅ ARC (Alien Registration Card) Verification Required
New users will now be required to enter their ARC number when signing up. If you do not yet have an ARC, please send to contact@owlers.co.kr about your information and we will guide you the way to sign up. All personal information is encrypted and safely stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
✅ Point Redemption Policy
Points earned through your effort can be used and exchanged gradually.
The daily redemption limits in the app may apply depending on system conditions.
This is to avoid system overloads and keeps the shop sustainable for all users.
🙌 A Note for Korean Users
Famigo Walk was originally designed for foreign users.
Separate formats for Korean users are under review.
