Hello everyone! I participated in the k-beauty skin tone session and I have nothing but good things to say honestly. I was a little nervous when I walked in but all the staff were super kind and directions were clear and straightforward.
None of the tests done felt at all uncomfortable and were done in a very professional manner. They also provided lotions and cleansers which was very helpful after the tests~
They also ask you really thorough questions about your skin and makeup routine. They have questions and tips for all types of skin from all different regions.
The one thing I would enjoy more is if there was more feedback while doing the tests about your skin while doing the clinic!

I had a great experience with famigo and the skin type test! I arrived a few minutes early and the staff was assisting me right away, I didnโt know what to expect and they took great care me. I registered with my ARC and had to sign a quick form. Then we took pictures to capture my current skin condition before scanning with a high tech machine. The process was very quick and I was able to get professional service. Hopefully my participation helped for the research! Great experience over all and was rewarded for my time.
I enjoyed my visit because I was greeted by English-speaking staff who explained everything in detail about the event. I was also given a leaflet with details about it. The staff helped me choose a foundation shade to match my skin tone and gave me skincare tips. It was comfortable and enjoyable, and I learned more about cosmetics for my skin type. Thank you!
